Position Summary

We are currently seeking a vibrant individual who is able to support our company's relations at the University level and manage our outbound work abroad program. The University Relations Manager will facilitate the relationship between our company and the US colleges and Universities in an effort to collaborate with university offices across the country, working to both develop and manage programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability multi-task, prioritize work load and ability to use sound judgement in decision making
• Exceptional communication skills in both a written and oral context
• Must be able to engage and influence key decision makers while managing a team of university relations coordinators
• Demonstrated experience in working across organizational departments in a cooperative and productive manner.
• Must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work with a diverse population (students, parents, employers, university officials, colleagues, staff, board, etc.)
• Availability for international and domestic travel required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-5 years of experience in international education, higher education, and/or cultural exchange
• Previous demonstrated ability in developing partnership and managing relationships
• 2-5 years of experience in managing and coaching staff
