For more than 55 years, AIPT has sponsored J-1 exchange visitors and summer work/travel participants from around the globe. The benefits for host employers include talent, diversity, energy, and business development in many arenas which will remain far beyond the training period.
It can be difficult for host employers to envision the benefits to their business when they first consider hosting an international exchange visitor. For this reason, we have compiled a few stories from a handful of the thousands of host employers we’ve partnered with over the years.
