Health Insurance Package Options for Outbound Participants

It is strongly recommended that you consider the need for medical evacuation/repatriation. If you are not adequately insured by the foreign employer, and do not have your own insurance, you may request that AIPT enroll you in its group health and accident plan which is available at a cost.

Basic Medical - 80% of the first $6,200 of covered expenses to a maximum of $5,000.
Supplemental Major Medical - 100% of the next $45,000 for participant.
Catastrophic Major Medical - 80% of covered expenses to a maximum of $100,000.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment - $50,000 per participant.
Emergency Medical Transportation (Evacuation/Repatriation) - Unlimited.
Emergency Family Airfare Expenses - $2,500.

$140/month - spouse only

$192/month - spouse & children

$53/month - children only

Basic Medical - 80% of the first $6,200 of covered expenses to a maximum of $5,000.
Supplemental Major Medical - 80% of the next $56,250 to a maximum of $45,000 of covered expenses.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment - $1,000 for spouse, $5,000 per child.
Repatriation of Mortal Remains - Unlimited.
Emergency Family Airfare Expenses - $2,500.
Dependents have 31 days from either entering the U.S. or marriage to secure coverage.
