Hospitality Account Manager

As a critical team member, you will manage our hospitality accounts across the U.S. providing exceptional customer service to our hospitality accounts. You will be able to intuitively anticipate and understand our client’s needs and customize services appropriately. Using your consultative approach you will provide solutions that bring exceptional value to our clients through your knowledge and your problem solving approach. 

This position supports and manages the organization’s hospitality programs and services using technical, organizational, client and regulatory knowledge to influence clients and assist them in applying the programs/services to their company’s needs resulting in programs and revenue generation.

 

You will:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of customer service in hospitality and/or hospitality education. 
  • Have a sense of urgency to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Be a team player, able to collaborate and take ownership of hospitality programs
  • You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and organizational skills.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of customer service, office experience, account management, human resources, international business highly desired. 
  • Have a demonstrated ability using tools such as internet, CRM, Microsoft Suite.

 

Pluses:

  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Knowledge of AIPT programs and services and J-1 Visa regulations preferred
