2011 AYLP:JAWS ParticipantsMy, how time flies. The inaugural American Youth Leadership Program with Japan: Japan - America Watershed Stewardship Project (AYLP:JAWS) has moved onto its final stage following a successful three-week, late-summer trip to Tokyo and Niigata. In the next few months, the three teachers and 30 high school students who participated in the 2011 program will work to implement educational and community service projects in their schools and communities that highlight the lessons learned during their time in Japan.

A Unique and Memorable Exchange Experience.

Our participants returned home following a busy three weeks of learning, living, and exploring Japanese culture and society.
